Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Construction Admin Assistant to support their commercial construction operations.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing and updating project schedules
- Oversee document collection and maintain organized records
- Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Track and manage permit schedules
- Conduct client follow-ups
- Assist with AIA contract administration (experience is a plus)
- Handle general construction office administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar)
- Experience in commercial construction administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with or similar CM software
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently
- AIA contract experience is a plus
- Some marketing experience is a bonus (not required)
