Job Overview
Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for coordinating smooth operations?
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and streamline our supply chain activities — from scheduling shipments and managing inventory to ensuring timely delivery of goods. In this role, you’ll work closely with vendors, transport partners, and internal teams to keep logistics efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
Core Tasks- Coordinate daily project schedules between painting crews, building management, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate with property managers, contractors, and on-site supervisors to confirm access, timelines, and safety requirements
- Track progress across multiple high-rise projects and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays
- Order, track, and manage delivery of paint, equipment, and other materials to job sites as needed
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, material usage, and crew assignments in company systems
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with company and safety standards
- Support project managers and field supervisors with logistics updates, site coordination, and administrative tasks
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and coordinating returns or exchanges for unused materials
- 3+ years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar operations role
- C-level written and verbal English and communication skills (for client and team coordination)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and scheduling
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time EST
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Intermediate Excel skills
