We are excited to announce that our team is expanding, and we are looking to hire talented individuals to join us. Currently, we are seeking an Accounting Associate
with German Language to support our growing operations. If you are detail-oriented and advanced in German, this could be a great opportunity to advance your career with us!

The duties will include:

• Providing timely and professional response on AP or AR queries
• Reviewing, validating, and executing Vendor Master data requests on daily basis
• Supporting buyers / suppliers in submitted requests and performing calls to validate their data
• Performing timely follow up’s on requests if needed
• Analyzing and resolving escalations and non-quality from customers and vendors
• Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate the solution
• Meeting all SLAs and the service quality targets set by the supervisor
• Collaborating on department activities to ensure deliverables are completed within the set deadlines
• Sharing experience and knowledge with other team members to increase the quality of performance

We are looking for candidates with:

• Upper-intermediate level of German and English
  .
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including report building.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and flexible.
• Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic is a plus
