Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM - Schedule from March 5 to end of contract:
Sunday, Monday, Friday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Details
- Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test
- N95 fit test within 365 days to start date and updated annually
- Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date or negative Quanti
FERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date - Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
- 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in skillset
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- MGB Education Verification to verify highest level of education achieved
- MGB SSN Trace listing addresses/alias for past 7 years
- MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
- MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission
Job Requirements

Schedule Information
- AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military BLS accepted;
Brigham & Women's Faulkner, Cooley Dickinson, Nantucket Cottage hospitals prefer AHA, will accept Red Cross;
Salem accepts ONLY AHA - Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccine record or proof of immunity or declination
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions or waivers
- Positive PPD requires documentation of a chest x-ray indicating no active tuberculosis
- MGB TB Symptom Survey to be completed prior to start and updated annually if positive PPD
