We hire designers who convert strategy into striking, on-brand visuals and help scale creative output across digital and print channels.

Role (standardized title):
Junior Graphic Designer — entry-level, on-site in India, ideal for freshers who want rapid skills growth in a high-velocity creative team.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for social media, web, email, presentations and print collaterals following brand guidelines.
Support senior designers in creating concepts, mood boards, layout variations and final artwork for campaigns and product launches.
Prepare print-ready files, manage export settings, and liaise with vendors to ensure accurate production and colour consistency.
Create templates and responsive layouts for digital channels to ensure consistency and speed of execution across campaigns.
Produce short motion graphics and animated social posts (basic motion & export) in collaboration with the content team.
Participate in creative reviews, iterate quickly on feedback, and maintain organized source files and version history.
