This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position located in Jalandhar. The Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, including greeting clients, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries. Additional tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, maintaining office clerical systems, and supporting the general administrative operations of the office.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and experience handling Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Clerical Skills and office organization
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and assist clients professionally
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
