Regional Sales Manager (Area: Jakarta, Sumatra, Jawa Barat, Sulawesi)
Responsible for meeting sales, promotion, and distribution targets to ensure the company's goals are achieved.
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate all sales, promotion, and distribution strategies and activities with partners (distributors) by developing a Joint Business Plan (JBP) to ensure the company's targets are achieved.
Evaluate forecasts from partners (distributors) as planned by ASM/ASPS to ensure accuracy and relevance to the company's business development.
Develop coverage areas, distributors, and products through regular planning and evaluation with Sales and Marketing to support the achievement of company targets.
Monitor, evaluate, and develop the competency of the Sales team to ensure increased competency in carrying out their work.
Requirements- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Regional Saes Manager in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical industries and distributor company.
- Strong in Leadership, Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Active spoken and written English
