Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at PT DGL Expedisi Indonesia. This is a full‑time position based in:
Jakarta / Surabaya / Semarang Central Java.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

• Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Proactive, target‑driven and self‑motivated with a passion for exceeding sales goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using CRM systems
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective success
