Sales Assistant

Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution of ingredients as Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances Industry with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain.

The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós Indonesia is the Indonesian one, located in Yakarta.

In order to continue with our process of growth, we are looking for a Sales Assistant.

• Assist in the export sales and setting up new client accounts
• Request samples and documentation for customers, doing the follow up
• Enter offers and sales orders doing the follow up and mantain informed the customer about orders situation
• Coordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure the shipment deadline
• Generate and prepare the export documentation and be in liaise with Head Quarters for the export information and documentation

• B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field with excellent customer service skills.
• High level of English. Good level of Spanish valuable.
• A desire to be a part of a fast-paced growing company with an opportunity to progress as a professional.
• Strong communicative skills and capable to work alone and as part of a team; enthusiastic and reliable.
