• Foster and maintain good relationships with existing customers while developing new relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify clients’ needs and offer suitable Bank products, coordinating with other internal units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare credit proposals in compliance with regulator and internal credit policies, ensuring thorough credit analysis.
• Manage account maintenance activities, including periodic reviews, covenant monitoring, document completeness, and timely facility extensions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Lending, Relationship Management, or similar role within reputable banks or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality credit proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
