We are a five‑star boutique hotel located in the Central Business & Commercial District in Jakarta, operating in a fully normal business rhythm. As our business grows, we invite motivated, creative, and smart individuals with strong business acumen and a drive to improve personal development.

You are responsible to find any business opportunity by exploring all possible sales potentials, both in existing and seeking for new customers, proactively managing accounts for individual or group reservations with significant revenue potential in order to achieve personal and team revenue goals as well as working closely with other revenue‑generating departments to maximize revenue achievements. You are also responsible for delivering excellent service to customers in order to maintain satisfaction and grow the accounts.

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager in the hotel industry
• Familiar with hotel management software, sales planning and reporting, contract rates, sales targets and market segments
• Well experienced in handling rooms and/or events from corporate segment
• Strong English for business correspondence both oral and written
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Active and outgoing personality
• Result oriented to achieve sales targets
• Independent and team player at the same time
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Demonstrated leadership in all selling activities within the hotel
