Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and driving account growth. This role involves managing projects, aligning with internal teams, and delivering solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; translate them into actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor account performance and propose improvements or upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, campaign reviews, and strategic plans.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and account retention efforts.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Rep, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
