Key Account Manager
Manage and develop key accounts within Modern Trade channels (e.g. department stores, modern retail chains) for premium bedding products
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers in modern trade accounts.
Develop account strategies, pricing structures, promotions, and annual business plans aligned with premium brand positioning.
Lead negotiations on product listing, contracts, trading terms, promotions, and joint business plans
.
Drive sales growth while maintaining the brand image and premium positioning
.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and shelf presence.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure excellent execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance,
forecast demand
, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) by account.
Handle account-related issues professionally while maintaining high service standards
.
Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for management.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing
, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
, specifically handling Modern Trade accounts
.
Mandatory: Experience managing premium or high-end consumer products (bedding, home living, premium FMCG, lifestyle, or luxury brands).
Strong understanding of modern trade commercial terms, promotions, and category management
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets within modern trade channels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
, especially Excel and Power Point .
Good command of English
, both written and spoken.
Willing to travel as required
