Trainer Gadget

Provide training on product knowledge, awareness, and capabilities for retail teams and dealers.

Conduct training evaluations.

Conduct market research.

Responsible for training and enabling Huawei Field Force team members and customer retailer staff to enhance their sell-out capability.

Create daily and weekly work plans.

Develop training materials & reports.

Monitor promoter in-store performance and coordinate with regions to improve regional sell-out.

Min Education Bachelor all major.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet/Wearables/Audio).

High mobility (willing to travel).

Able to create own presentation materials.

Fluent in public speaking.

High sales acumen is an advantage.
