Background & Purpose of the Job :
To ensure consistent store execution, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sales productivity across all retail stores by standardizing SOPs, improving people performance, and driving cross‑functional alignment.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage and oversee day‑to‑day retail store operations across multiple locations
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, policies, and brand standards
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and operational efficiency at store level
- Conduct regular store audits, operational reviews, and follow up corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and Store Managers
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity in collaboration with HR
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure stock availability and manage slow‑moving inventory
- Ensure consistent customer experience, service quality, and VM execution
- Monitor store operating expenses and support store‑level P&L optimization
- Collaborate closely with HQ functions and represent store needs in discussions
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations / Area / Multi‑Store Management
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, store operations, and performance metrics
- Proven experience in driving sales targets and productivity KPIs
- Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills
- High analytical capability in sales, labor cost, and inventory analysis
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Technical Requirements
- Experience with POS systems (SAP, iReap, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with workforce management and inventory control systems
- Basic understanding of store‑level P&L
