R&D Indonesian Cuisine Chef - Restaurant - Jakarta (B-127186)
Our client is a Restaurant Company
. Currently, they are looking for R&D Indonesian Cuisine Chef.
- Analyze trend to create new menu innovation.
- Coordinate with internal team for new menu development.
- Arrange product tasting periodically with BoD.
- Do QC testing and vendor sourcing if needed.
- Present new menu concept proposals to management.
- Monitor product performance and develop strategies to improve the menu.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related.
- Min. High Conversational English proficiency.
- Min. 5 years of experience as R&D Chef, specializing in developing Indonesian food menu in well known brand or hotel.
- Willing to do mobile work mostly around Jakarta (kitchen in various areas).
- Own certification related to culinary skill.
