Management Representative ISO Audit - Trading - Jakarta (C-124711)

Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for a Management Representative ISO Audit
.

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the company’s management systems, including ISO standards, SOPs, and internal policies.
• Ensure all trading, warehouse, and logistics operations comply with established quality and compliance standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and both internal and external auditors.
• Coordinate audits, quality inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and update work procedures to ensure alignment with ISO requirements and company management systems.
• Prepare and present management system performance reports to the management team.
• Conduct employee training and awareness sessions related to management systems and compliance.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, and relevant external institutions as required.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Conversational English proficiency (proficient for daily use).
• Minimum 6 years in QMS/QA or Management System Implementation and Auditing in trading company for logistics and warehouse operations, with experience in handling ISO 9001, 5S and other quality management frameworks especially in logistics and warehouse.
• Willing to do audit in two warehouse locations (Cikarang and Cikupa).
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
