Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should possess a strong background in performance advertising and social media content creation, with a focus on platforms such as Tik Tok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results through paid media campaigns and engaging content. Preferably, the candidate should have prior experience in the FMCG or F&B industry, be active on social media, and be familiar with creating native content and staying updated with current trends.
Key Responsibilities Performance Advertising- Develop, implement, and manage performance ad campaigns on Tik Tok, Meta, and Google (mainly Tik Tok).
- Optimize ad performance through continuous testing, analysis, and adjustment of targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) including Reach & Impressions, CPV, CPM, CTR.
- Liaise with third‑party digital agencies to create clear briefs and coordination.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media posts.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, challenges, and best practices on social media platforms.
- Work with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high‑quality visuals and videos.
- Focus on creating native content that resonates with the target audience and fits seamlessly within each platform.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance advertising and social media content creation.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns on Tik Tok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google.
- Prior experience in the FMCG or F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in ad management platforms such as Tik Tok Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Active on social media and familiar with creating native content that fits seamlessly within each platform.
- Up‑to‑date with current trends, challenges, and best practices on social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends, design, and content aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
