Position: Marketing Communication Manager WFO (ID: 686638)

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our clients in the lube industry in finding great talent as a E-Commerce & Marketing Communication Assistant Manager~Managerial level with the following requirements:

Job Responsibilities
  • Media strategy and execution:
    Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta Ads and Tik Tok Ads; manage Shopee in-app ads (My Ads) and Tik Tok Shop ad tools to hit ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR targets.
  • E-commerce growth and channel ownership:
    Own growth plans for Shopee and Tik Tok Shop: campaign calendar, traffic-driving initiatives, onsite merchandising coordination, conversion rate optimization, and promotional mechanics.
  • Performance analytics and reporting:
    Track daily/weekly performance dashboards, run cohort and attribution analyses, and produce actionable reports with insights, experiments, and next-step recommendations.
  • Creative and influencer/affiliate collaboration:
    Develop clear creative briefs for video, banners, and UGC; partner with creators, affiliates, and KOLs to amplify campaigns and optimize content for performance.
  • Budget governance and stakeholder management:
    Plan and allocate budgets efficiently, conduct competitor benchmarking and market scans, and align with internal teams (brand, e-commerce ops, finance) and platform reps to maximise ROI.
Requirements
  • Have a graduate or minimal bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication, or related field.
  • Have proven 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing or e-commerce growth, with measurable results.
  • Have hands‑on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Shopee in-app ads; familiarity with Tik Tok Shop tools and promotions.
  • Have deep knowledge of marketplace mechanics (campaigns, vouchers, bundles, traffic tools), conversion optimisation, and onsite merchandising collaboration.
  • Have advanced skills in performance analysis using platform analytics and dashboards, comfortable with ROAS/CPA modelling, funnel diagnostics, and A/B testing.
  • Have proven ability to lead projects or small teams, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functionally.
