As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain with us at

B. Braun Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all supply chain activities—from supply and demand planning to warehouse management, export/import, distribution, and customer service. Your mission is to achieve ideal inventory levels without compromising delivery performance or customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless coordination across the entire supply chain to support business goals and regulatory compliance.

• Strategic planning activity (supply & demand) to ensure stock availability and control stock level of inventory as per global/regional requirement, while managing delivery performance upon customer's request.
• Manage all projects from global/regional that related to SCM process smoothly implemented in local company, as well as custom clearance processes.
• Implement continuous improvement, develop and review SOP related with SCM & CS process.
• Manage all materials/products are stored according to approved storage condition in order to maintain material quality.
• Manage & monitor project, tender, auction and e‑catalog orders.
• Responsible for driving the team and business to achieve the company's goals.

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Logistics, Economics, Science or Industrial Engineering, or related.
• Across 8‑10 years’ experience in overall supply chain (including warehouse, import/export, order processing, etc.), particularly in supply & demand as a focus.
• Preferably experience in Healthcare industry (medical devices and/or pharmaceutical).
• Possess leadership and people‑management experience.
• System knowledge of SAP and Excel is a must.
