- Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts and agreements to ensure that they align with the organization's objectives and protect its legal rights.
- Perform general administrative support (manage legal files, databases, MOM, SOPs, letters numbering, signing, and others).
- Conduct legal and compliance research to remain abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices that may impact the company's operations.
- Conduct legal and compliance research for new business initiative.
- Presenting cooperation agreement to regulators.
- Liaising with external parties regarding any agreement.
- 0-4 years of experience in a legal related role.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry. Experience with e-money, payment gateway, and banks is a plus.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating various legal agreements and contracts.
- Knowledge of the regulatory provisions of Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English.
- Should possess a dynamic, persistent, and rigorous work ethic.
