Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor Bancassurance Consultant activity
- Alongside Head of Bancassurance, responsible to evaluate & develop BC's performance
- Responsible to build and maintain excellent business relationship with Bank Partner Leaders & Staff
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
- More than 5 years of working experience in Bancassurance Industry & 3 Years working experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
- Good Communication & Presentation Skill
- Proven integrity & leadership skill
- Well understand about Bancassurance Industry Business Process
- Well understand about Life Insurance Product
