A successful Chief Technology Officer should have:

• A strong background in technology leadership within Financial Services industry.
• At least 15+ years of working experience in the technology space, with at least 8 years in leadership position.
• Preferred background: banking / insurance / financial-technology.
• Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies.
• Experience in digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions.
• Expertise in data security, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills within a C‑Suite environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
