We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel team in Jakarta. If you have the ability to drive sales growth, operational excellence and develop business strategies in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you.

• Lead the hotel team to achieve operational excellence and high guest service standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
• Develop and implement business strategies for the hotel
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and sustained team engagement

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role within the hospitality industry
• Minimum 5 years of hotel experience in the same position, preferably in 4- or 5-star properties
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Commitment to guest service excellence and team engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management to ensure the hotel’s profitability
• Ability to handle unexpected issues efficiently and maintain high standards of service
