Fieris Hotel Rawamangun is currently looking for a Millennial candidate with passion and commitment to excellence and innovation to fill the following position.

• Reservation Agent (DW)

• Female, max 28 years old
• Height min 185cm with standard weight
• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality management
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to multitask, work well in stressful & high pressure situations
• A motivator & self-starter
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Ability to speak other language and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
