• Demonstrate passion about food and ingredients in every moment.
• Assist that outlet and events are running efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to company and hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist in high quality service and food production standards in outlet and events.
• Follow the guidelines for plating and buffet presentations.
• Ensure that all processes maintain HACCO and ISO
  2200 standards; report any deviations to the Manager on shift.
• Assist the Stewarding Operation in kitchens and restaurants to achieve the highest possible hygiene standards, minimize equipment breakage and streamline resources and equipment flows.
• Ensure only fresh products are used in food and beverage preparation.
• Assist in testing food and beverage in outlet and be critical about food and beverage quality.
• Implement food safety programs and procedures.
• Always practice safety in handling food.
• Perform personal and environmental hygiene in food & beverage business.
• Be flexible in job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required.

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5-star international hotel chain.
• Previous experience in luxury hotel or international experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent English communication skills, a strong guest service mindset, and people management & development skills.
