Available Positions- Talent & Culture Coordinator
The Role
- Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration accurately and timely
- Organize and execute employees' social, athletic, and recreational activities
- Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture reports
- Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies, and procedures
- Experience in the same position; experience working with a 4-star hotel is an advantage
- University graduate in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management, Psychology, or related field
- High ethical standards, analytical ability, excellent communication skills
- Results and service-oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels
