Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in Luxury Hotel or Premium French Restaurant
• Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred
• Work together with Restaurant Manager to ensure high standards of service and maximizing profitability
• Good understanding in HACCP and ensure the team are well practices
• Understand French sequence of services
• Strong leadership with good and positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good English proficiency
• High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
