Senior Sales Manager - Rooms

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in hospitality or business management
• Has minimum 4 (four) years experience in managerial position in 4/5 stars hotel
• Strong in leadership and business acumen
• Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
• Positive attitude
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
• Experience in a sales role with proven track record to closed a sale
