Directly supervise a group of primary care sales representatives and deliver sales results for the entire geography.

• Lead the district team to meet or exceed sales forecasts and call execution goals.
• Work with sales reps to set challenging goals for each territory.
• Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.
• Assess team progress toward goals and coach for improvement.
• Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career levels (including future District Manager).
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience as District Manager/Area Manager for Oncology disease/therapy area.
• Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and written and oral communication skills.
• Data management and relevant computer skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strategic business knowledge & insight.
• Project management skills.
• Willing to be located in any city in Indonesia.
• Good English speaking and written skills.
