Tax Manager; Mining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00).
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Accounting or Tax, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in the Mining industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proven experience managing tax compliance, tax audits, tax disputes, tax court proceedings, and tax refund (restitution) processes.
• Experienced in tax planning and fiscal reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Ability to oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external audits.
• Up-to-date knowledge of changes in PSAK and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Cikini, Central Jakarta.
