M&A advisory boutique with a strong track record of cross-bordertransactions across Europe-Middle East —Southeast Asia. We pride ourselves on delivering senior-level attention, bespoke solutions, and independent advice toentrepreneurs, corporates, and investors.

As we expand our coverage in theregion, we are looking for an AVP/VP to play a key role in driving dealexecution and supporting origination, working closely with our directors and partners.

• Take ownership ofend-to-end deal execution, from pitch to closing.
• Build and reviewfinancial models, valuations, and strategic analyses.
• Prepare and present client-ready materials (teasers, IMs, decks)
• Work alongsidethe Director to originate new mandates and develop client relationships.
• Coordinate due diligence with clients, investors, lawyers, and other advisors.
• Mentor and guideanalysts/associates in the team.

• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory, orprivate equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; able to run numbers independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in a lean, hands-on environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with senior clients andC-level executives.
• Regional exposure to Southeast Asia is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degreein finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA/MBA a bonus.
