• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related fields. Preference given to candidates with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in private equity investment, investment banking, the Big Four accounting firms, or well-known consulting firms. Must have led or been a key participant in at least 3 equity investment projects in Indonesia or Southeast Asia (experience with Chinese companies investing in Indonesia is preferred).
• Core Competencies: Strong financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation modeling skills; ability to accurately identify project financial risks; deep understanding of corporate financial statements, cash flow management, and cost control; familiarity with private equity investment operations and USD fund regulations; and some understanding of Indonesian tax laws.
• Market Awareness: Understanding of the Indonesian investment environment, industrial policies, and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in Indonesia; possessing certain industry research capabilities and project resource reserves.
• Overall Qualities: Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; strong teamwork spirit; strong resilience under pressure; integrity, pragmatism, and a high degree of dedication and responsibility.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Indonesian; able to handle English financial reports and investment documents proficiently.
