Procurement Engineering Manager - Construction (M&E) - Jakarta (B-125110)
Our client is a Construction (M&E) company
. Currently, they are looking for Procurement Manager.
- Lead and manage the procurement process for materials and services related to MEP projects.
- Review and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements and schedules.
- Manage vendor qualification, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Review technical documents such as BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual standards.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- High conversational English or above.
- Min. 5 years of experience as MEP Procurement Assistant Manager / Jr. Manager in Construction, M&E, or EPC.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, electrical, or plumbing systems for MEP projects.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and material requirements.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and supplier evaluation experience.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
