Responsibilities
  • Define and implement Oil & Gas marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume and profitability by understanding the customer business model.
  • Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration.
  • Establish a systematic business scouting plan with the purpose of identifying new market opportunities.
  • Establish high level relationships with customers.
  • Lead and develop team members (if any) to successfully pursue their objectives.
  • Report financial objectives and results and market trends to the Region Manager.
  • Ability to execute and communicate Sales strategies in a global environment.
  • Able to generate immediate credibility with key customers, understanding their needs and addressing issues.
  • Drive growth of the GE Oil & Gas business in the area by promoting sales of the entire product portfolio and effectively managing key customers (Account Manager role in Jakarta, Indonesia).
  • Maintain bookings forecast for the area; win new orders against forecast; develop upsides opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Sales and Senior Management.
  • Assist in collecting aged receivable customer accounts.
  • Ensure that all non-standard terms and conditions are directed to the EH Contracts and Legal department for review and approval.
  • Manage FMC subsea initiatives, develop business plans and action plans for sales, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing of materials, application service, project execution in subsea thermal insulation for production systems and expansion into flowlines, pipelines, and risers markets.
  • Provide high-level technical product-line support; support regional knowledge management and talent development initiatives.
  • Support drilling and applications engineering activities, including well-planning, torque & drag, hydraulics, BHA design and optimization studies.
  • Coordinate and lead manufacturing quality functions for multiple plants; drive implementation of a quality system and ensure ISO API and other regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise offshore and onshore installation/maintenance projects; lead a team, plan pre-job meetings, and act as on-site representative for customer communications.
  • Develop CBM workflows, data acquisition plans, and Petrel 3D models; conduct technical meetings and government liaison activities.
  • Plan and evaluate development drilling, prepare AFEs, and manage CBM gas depletion and production mode optimization.
  • Coordinate marine operations and ensure vessels and terminals meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant oilfield experience.
