English Academy is seeking dedicated and experienced full-time English Teachers in Jakarta Barat to join our team. The ideal candidates will excel in teaching English to students of various age groups and mentor freelance teachers to ensure high teaching standards.
Job Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students from young learners to adults, with a maximum of 25 teaching hours per week.Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.Use diverse teaching techniques and materials to facilitate learning and encourage participation.Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their learning goals.Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular reports and updates.Class Administration:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and assessments.Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth class operations and adherence to schedules.Manage classroom environment to promote positive learning experiences.Mentorship:
Mentor freelance teachers, offering guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching techniques.Conduct classroom observations of freelance teachers, providing feedback for improvement.Ensure adherence to English Academy’s teaching standards and policies.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in ESL/EFL contexts.Proven mentoring experience and support for other teachers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with teaching methodologies.Additional Details:
