AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, is looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. The Call Centre Agent will serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing them with information, taking reservations, and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive guest experience and reflecting the standards of AYANA Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from guests, offering prompt and accurate information regarding reservations, services, and hotel facilities.
- Assist with booking reservations, coordinating details for guests, and ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the system.
- Manage any guest complaints or issues over the phone, implementing resolutions or escalating to appropriate departments as necessary.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while meeting the needs of guests, ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives during guest interactions to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills (clear speaking voice, good grammar)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to handle complaints professionally
- Fast typing skills
