Client Relations

PT Victory International (Cabang Jakarta Kuningan) is a regulated and officially recognized financial services company operating as a broker. The company offers online trading services for forex, stock indices, commodities, and CFD products. VIFX provides clients with market information, guidance for becoming successful traders or investors, and services for currency exchange and futures trading. Adhering to regulatory standards, VIFX ensures the safety of client funds and transactions under the supervision of the Indonesian government.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist based in Jakarta. The role involves managing and fostering relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. The Client Relations Specialist will act as a point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to address clients' needs effectively.

• Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Support with a focus on delivering client experiences
• Interpersonal Skills and clear Communication abilities
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and handle client inquiries
• Proficiency in problem-solving and managing client expectations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
