Provide a good service for customer through offline (walk-in) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, NADIA)
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to the satisfaction of the customers
Will be placed at Jakarta/Bandung/Surabaya/Denpasar Branch
Requirements- Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP
- Minimal 3 years’ experience at same position
- Familiar with Ticket Reservation System (Amadeus, Abacus & Galileo)
- Strong in issued domestic & international ticket
- Familiar with Hotel, Document, Travel & Tourism
- Strong personality; polite, charming, professional and service oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
- Preferable having IATA or other Airlines Certificate
- Willing to do shift work or at mall branch following mall operation hours
