Infrastructure Project Manager

Our client is a Construction (Infrastructure, Road, Bridge, Project Management) Company.

• Lead, plan, and supervise all project activities to ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, quality standards, and budget.
• Review and interpret contract documents, project drawings, technical specifications, and project budget plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee construction methods, work systems, and daily site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and construction equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Lead site teams, provide direction, resolve operational issues, and support decision-making to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, and K3 (OHS) standards across all project activities.
• Conduct cost control, analyze risks, and support financial planning throughout the project cycle.
• Represent the project in meetings and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
• Business English proficiency (able to communicate with foreigners regarding technical matters).
• Min. 15 years of experience as Project Manager for Construction handling infrastructure (road, bridge), experienced in managing site operations and project budgeting.
• Experienced in handling projects with budget of min. 250 bil.
• Own SKA cert. (active).
• Not a job hopper (stayed at least 5 years in one company), and willing to be placed in Bali, Batam, Surabaya, or other areas in Indonesia.
• Good communication skill, good leadership skill, committed, active and healthy.
• Working experience in foreign Construction company.
