Job Summary

To undertake sales activities in the Business Unit ensuring the delivery of sales and marketing targets. Manage and develop the distribution partners and relationships to deliver growth and profit metrics.

• Manage and develop new and/or existing distribution partners and relationships.
• Responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets set for distribution partners.
• Build, develop and manage relationships; promote the organization’s propositions, and implement distributors’ terms of business with the organization including negotiation, new offers and closures and terminations where required.
• Monitor performance of assigned distributors against set expectations, identify performance gaps, define actions or make recommendations to the organization’s leadership.
• Investigate and assess unusual and/or complex distributor queries or service requests and determine an appropriate course of action.
• Evaluate distribution relationships in order განცხადებით thrust new business and retention.
• Complete evaluation of panel to drive maximum penetration‑profit.
• Identify and deliver appropriate marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives across panel, tailoring campaigns for specific scenarios.
