Identify and develop relevant sourcing plan for categories/commodities for Regions and guiding Regional procurement process with the objective of achieving company’s business and financial goals, and by ensuring the best Total Cost of Ownership is secured for procurement activities within the values and vision of PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.

• Managing the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
• Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies
• Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
• Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
• Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
• Perform cost and scenario analyses, and benchmarking
• Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
• Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
• Determine quantity and timing of delivery

• Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
• Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers

Degree in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain/Finance/Engineering)

Minimum 5 years (tentative) of relevant working experience in Procurement & Logistics/Supply Management and/or related function with demonstrated management skills with 5 years (tentative) experience as a people manager

• Proven work experiences as a sourcing manager or procurement manager
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
• Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
• Able to work effectively with senior and functional management in Indosat
• Able to lead and motivate a team to effectively support dynamic business expectations, continuous improvement in operational excellence
• Good end to end operational knowledge (procedures & systems) and relevant governance requirements
• Good analytical skills
• Proven ability to communicate and influence all levels; possess high standard of personal and professional integrity
