Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth execution of Agency Strategy and Sales Discipline in the protonline Agency Sales Forces level.
- Drive and achieve the Sales KPI from Agency under Regional Agency Manager supervision (APE and IFYP), including profitability, APE growth, and agency channel performance.
- Increase Persistency Ratio as part of critical Key Performance Indicators in Agency business quality.
- Ensure robust risk management in Agency end‑to‑end operations, covering quality, persistency, sustainability, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and dummy risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with support functions in the Sales Office / General Agency Office and head office team to ensure the business runs wer yet smoothly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a regional agency manager in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Willingness to be placed in any branch.
- Willingness to undertake business trips, especially within the coverage area to directly monitor subordinates.
