PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in a logistic company in finding great talent as a Supervisor of Accounting with the following requirements:

Working location:
North Jakarta

This position will play a key role in ensuring compliance, financial stability, and operational efficiency within the organization.

• Fixed asset accounting
• Management of payables and cost/expenses
• Inventory review and analysis
• Preparation of accounting reports
• Tax accounting and compliance
• Preparation and filing of vouchers
• Coordination with external auditors and tax consultants
• Credit review and other accounting/tax-related matters
• Banking transactions and fund management
• Borrowing and repayment arrangements
• Investment and fund management
• Export-related banking transactions and overseas remittances
• Management of notes, checks, and securities
• Financial and market analysis
• Ledger and documentation management
• Legal administration related to commercial registrations
• Equipment and asset management
• Administrative process improvement and system rationalization
• Public relations and director-related matters
• Advisory support on administrative matters

• Bachelor’s degree from finance/accounting major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and monthly closing)
• Up-to-date knowledge and prior experience of accounting systems and cost accounting
• Experience in negotiations with the local tax office
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Extensive taxation experience, including handling SP2DK and tax audits
• Strong ability to handle multi-functional responsibilities
