Role Description
We are looking for a Safety Officer to monitor fleet movement and driver behavior using GPS systems, ensuring compliance with speed limits, night-driving policies, and road safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-time GPS monitoring (speed, route, stoppages)
Control over-speeding & night-driving violations
Monitor driver behavior & fatigue risks
Incident reporting, RCA & safety MIS
Driver counseling & safety awareness
Requirements:
2–5 years experience in fleet safety / transport operations [Mandatory]
Hands-on experience with GPS tracking systems
Knowledge of road safety & MV Act
Strong reporting & communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in tanker / hazardous cargo transport
Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health standards and practices
Experience in Accident Investigation and reporting procedures
Proficiency in conducting Safety Training for diverse teams
Strong understanding of Security measures and protocols
Ability to assess risks, develop safety strategies, and implement corrective measures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Relevant certifications in occupational health and safety or related fields are an advantage
Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry safety standards is beneficial
