About the Role:
This role is all about building and running Uno Tasker's Driver Service in Jaipur. You'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, training, and managing on-demand drivers while ensuring smooth daily operations. You're the bridge between the drivers and the company—keeping quality high and operations fast.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Sourcing & Onboarding
* Source reliable drivers through field recruitment, agencies, references, societies, and local networks.
* Conduct document verification (DL, Aadhaar, background check, etc.).
* Onboard drivers onto the Uno Tasker partner app and explain usage clearly.
* Train drivers on customer etiquette, app usage, pricing, and safety standards.
Daily Operations Management
* Monitor bookings, driver availability, and service fulfilment in real time.
* Co-ordinate with drivers to ensure timely assignment and completion of rides.
* Handle escalations from drivers and customers; resolve issues promptly.
* Track driver performance, ratings, and compliance with company policies.
Driver Relationship & Performance
* Build strong relationships with drivers to improve retention.
* Motivate and mentor drivers to maintain service quality and professionalism.
* Conduct periodic check-ins, feedback sessions, and retraining when necessary.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in on-ground operations (preferred: driver/ logistics).
* Strong field network in Jaipur is a major advantage.
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Comfortable working on mobile apps, dashboards, and Whats App-based coordination.
* Must be energetic, dependable, and willing to be on the ground daily.
