Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admission Executive located in Jaipur. The Admission Executive will be responsible for managing admissions processes, maintaining records, interacting with prospective students or participants, and providing information about sports programs. Duties include handling inquiries, assisting with enrollment procedures, and ensuring a seamless admission process to meet organizational goals. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to address applicant queries and manage related documentation effectively.
Qualifications
Organizational and administrative skills, including managing admissions processes and record-keeping
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills for handling inquiries and supporting applicants
Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and in high-pressure environments
Knowledge of sports management or experience in the sports industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
