About the Role:
Kimirica is hiring a Beauty Advisor for our SIS counter at Shoppers Stop, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This role is customer-facing and sales-driven, where you will represent Kimirica in-store and deliver a premium beauty experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations
Demonstrate products and suggest the right solutions based on customer needs
Drive counter sales through strong product knowledge and conversion skills
Maintain counter hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards
Monitor stock, coordinate replenishment, and manage basic inventory tasks
Build relationships with repeat customers and ensure high service standards
Coordinate with store teams for smooth daily operations
Candidate Profile:
1–4 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or premium retail
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and retail store timings
Passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service
