Jewelry Merchandiser

We are seeking a Jewellery Merchandiser who possesses a sound understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must have experience in product pricing, client interaction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Pricing and preparation of design proposals and presentations.
Handling and addressing client queries pertaining to orders and samples.
Coordinating and overseeing sample development to ensure adherence to timelines.
Ensuring that CAD designs and samples are produced in accordance with the required design specifications and pricing, while minimising wastage.
Monitoring order status and ensuring clear communication regarding design and quality requirements to clients.
Reporting project status and implementing action plans to address delays or challenges.

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience in client interaction, product pricing, and new product development.
Attention to detail concerning design aesthetics, quality, manufacturing feasibility, and economic viability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for pricing, reporting, and status tracking.
