Job Description
As a Marketing and Sales executive at Kiyanaa, you will work towards building and executing the Marketing Campaigns for Kiyanaa. The creative ideation of Marketing strategies that gets us the maximum footfall at the Retail outlet and exhibitions. You will also be the face of our luxury boutique — guiding clients with confidence and charm while creating memorable experiences both in-store and online.
More than selling, you will be a storyteller, bringing alive the journey of Kiyanaa and the stories behind each creation. With a customer-first approach, and a drive for results, you will help us achieve sales goals and build lasting relationships with our premium clientele.

Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (minimum 1–2 years of prior work experience).
Creative Ideation and Swift Execution:
Able to think out of box for marketing campaigns.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, ability to engage confidently with premium clientele both offline and online.
Customer Service:
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach able to build lasting relationships.
Tech-Savvy:
Basic computer knowledge (Post instagram reels and stories, manage online customer orders, Whats App queries, call queries, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism).
Presentation:
Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
